Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Chiropractor in Roy, UT, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance / Managed Care Plans Accepted:

Many medical insurances cover Chiropractic Care but some less than others. Our office prepares and submits insurance claims directly to the primary and secondary insurance carriers. The amount the insurance company will pay is determined by the terms of your policy. Our concern is that you realize a Doctor should help you determine the care you need not insurance companies that haven’t examined you.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Payment for your first office visit is expected at the time service is rendered. We will be happy to discuss financial arrangements with you to help you get the care you need. Ask us about cash discount plans.

About 1/2 of our patients pay cash because they see the value in maintaining their health through Chiropractic.
